Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter with fork until mixture resembles crumbs. Add remaining ingredients and knead briefly on floured surface.
Divide dough in half and shape into two 9-inch logs. Place on greased baking sheet; flatten until logs are 2-inches wide.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut logs diagonally into 1/2-inch wide slices. Lay pieces on their sides and bake another 5 minutes, or until they reach desired firmness.
